Over 10 million Romanians watched Intact Media Group’s TV Channels in April

Intact Media Group’s TV Division programming strategy resulted into growing market share, from one month to another, but also during January-April 2015, compared to the same period of last year. Concretely, the upward trend of audience figures is mostly noticeable on the commercial target. In April, 10.323.000 viewers watched Intact Media Group’s programs for at least a minute, on a national target.

Leadership on key time intervals

Intact Media Group

  • Antena 1, Antena Stars, Antena 3, Euforia TV and ZU TV are audience leaders on key time intervals;
  • On the commercial target, Intact Media Group’s TV Channels are absolute leaders during Morning, Day Time and Access;
  • On All Urban target, Intact is leader on five time intervals ((Whole Day, Morning, Day Time, Access and Late Night);
  • On National target, Intact Media Group’s TV Channels are leaders during Whole Day, Day Time, Access and Late Fringe;
  • The most important audience appreciations occurred  during Morning and Access, on all three targets All Urban, Commercial and National;

  • Intact Media Group’s generalist channel is the absolute market leader during Day Time and Access on all important targets;
  • The most consistent audience appreciations are during Morning, Access and Late Fringe time slot;

  • Maintains its leadership amongst its niche, on 18+, Urban;
  • Antena 3 shows significant audience appreciationduring the first four months of 2015, compared with the same period of last year, on all time intervals.

Euforia TV

  • Intact Media Group’s channel for modern women (18- 49) is the house of some of the most appreciated international TV series – “Downton Abbey”,“Dr House”, “Private Practice” or “Revenge”.

ZU TV

  • Celebrated one year since its launch and soon became a favorite TV channel for young people (15-34). ZU Is audience leader during Prime-Time, Morning and Late Fringe in the first months of 2015.

10.870.000 million Romanians watched for at least one minute Intact Media Group’s productions, at a national level, during Whole Day during the first four months of 2015. In Prime- Time, the number of TV viewers reached was over 8 million.

  • Maintains its leadership amongst its niche, on 18+, Urban;
  • Antena 3 shows significant audience appreciationduring the first four months of 2015, compared with the same period of last year, on all time intervals.

  • In April, compared to the same period of last year, Intact Media Group’s TV channels show audience growth on most time intervals, on all important targets;
  • Intact Media Group’s TV channels are leaders during Day Time on the commercial target.
  • On All Urban target, the TV Division is leader on five time intervals ((Whole Day, Morning, Day Time, Access, Late Fringe) and on National target on four segments;

Antena 1

  • Antena 1 was audience leader during Access segment on All Urban and National targets, when Observator 16.00 (news bulletin) and Acces Direct are broadcasted. Moreover, all Antena 1’s daily stripes show audience appreciation – Neatza with Razvan and Dani (morning show), Un Show Pacatos (late night show) and all Observator productions as compared with April 2014.
  • Top most watched shows in April include Tu cara me suena (“Te cunosc de undeva”), Temptation Island (“Insula iubirii”), “Hell’s Kitchen (“Iadul bucatarilor” )and “Next Star”.

Antena Stars

  • Maintains its positive evolution, with significant growth on all time slots ( +57% in Prime Time and +69% in Late Fringe). During these time intervals, Antena Stars airs “Rai Da’ buni” , “Agentul VIP”, as well as “Star News” shows.
  • Rai da’ buni” (Mihai Morar), “Star Salvator” (Oana Roman), “Agentul VIP” (Cristian Brancu), “Vedetop” (Raluca Bolos) and “Dosarele VIP” (Cristian Brancu and Dan Capatos) are amongst the most watched shows in April.

Antena 3

  • Intact’s news television channel maintains its leadership on all time intervals and all significant targets;
  • “Sinteza zilei” (Mihai Gadea) remains the most watched Antena 3’ talk show, followed by Exces de Putere ( Oana Stancu and Adrian Ursu) and “Punctul de întâlnire” (Radu Tudor).

Euforia TV

  • Euforia aired two new soap operas: “Law of the Land” and “Pacatele inimii” (Jouzour), related to this April’s theme “Euphoria of Passion”. Both series had great reviews from the women viewers (18-49), thus, Euforia’s market share rose by 13% during Prime Time, compared to the same period of last year.

In April, the news team of Observator and Antena 3 won a Silver medal at New York Festivals World’s Best Television & Films.

10.323.000 million Romanians watched for at least one minute Intact Media Group’s productions, at a national level, during the Whole Day interval in April.
