Intact Media Group’s TV channels show audience appreciation on all time segments, on the commercial target in the first seven months of 2015 and are audience leaders on key time intervals; Antena 1 leads during Whole Day, on the National target, in July, outclassing PRO TV, its main competitor. 

Intact Media Group dominates the TV audience charts

January – July 2015 compared to January – July 2014

  • Intact Media Group’s TV channels are audience leaders, showing significant appreciation on commercial target on all time slots;
  • Antena 1, Antena Stars, Antena 3, Euforia and ZU TV lead audiences on two time slots of the commercial target, on five time slots of the All Urban target and on four time slots of the National target;
  • Intact Media Group’s TV channels are audience leaders during Whole Day on the All Urban and National targets.

In July:

  • Antena 1, Antena Stars, Antena 3, Euforia and ZU TV are absolute audience leaders during Day Time, Access and Late Fringe and they hold the supremacy during Whole Day both on the All Urban and National target.

  • Antena 1 is audience leader during Day Time and Access on all targets;
  • The audience numbers are on ascending slope on the commercial public, on most time intervals;
  • On the National target, more than one million viewers watched on average Antena 1’s programs during Access (Observator and Acces Direct – magazine show).

In July:

  • Leads the National Target, during Whole Day, surpassing the main competitor, Pro TV;
  • Antena 1 is audience leader during Day Time and Access on all targets.
  • Temptation Island, Poftiți pe la noi, Splash! and Beat the blondes were the most popular productions in July;
  • All daily stripes – Neatza with Razvan and Dani (morning show), May I call you mom?, Acces Direct (magazine show), Observator ( news bulletin) and Un show pacatos (late night show) have  high audience numbers.

Antena Stars – growth on all time slots

January – July 2015 compared to January – July 2014

  • The number of viewers for Antena Stars has a constant evolution – the TV Channel focused on showbiz news has audience appreciations on all time slots, in the first seven months of the year.

In July:

  • Antena Stars’ market share has constant appreciation on all time slots, including during Whole Day (+9%)
  • The most popular shows in July have been “Star Magazin Special”, “VIP Files”, “Vedetop”, “Agentul VIP” and “Rai da’ buni”.

Antena 3 – absolute leader of the news niche

  • Antena 3 shows growing audience numbers on all time slots, within the 18+ audience, during the first seven months of 2015, as compared to the same period in 2014.
  • During Prime-Time, Antena 3’s market share is double compared to its rival TV station (8,5% share vs. 4,3%).

In July:

  • Sinteza Zilei program remains, Antena 3’s most popular talk show, followed by Punctul de intalnire, Exces de putere, Secvential and In gura presei.

Euforia TV, most appreciated TV series

  • Euforia’s diversified offer of TV series – some of the most appreciated TV series worldwide saw its market share rise by 33% compared with the same period last year.
  • In July, the most watched TV series were Sex and the city, Friends and Curajul iubirii.

ZU TV

  • Intact Media Group’s music channel is audience leader during Late Fringe in the first seven months of the year.

In July:

  • ZU TV has over 100% audience appreciation on most time intervals, compared to the same period last year.

 

10.315.000 Romanians watched the shows offered by Intact TV Stations in the first seven months of 2015 for at least one minute on the national target during the Whole Day. In Prime Time, the number of viewers amounted 7.526.000.
