Intact Media Group will appeal against the Court’s decision of today, May 12^th 2016, with regards to the case involving the group’s representatives and the main local cable company.

With a history of 25 years on the Romanian media market, Intact Media Group is fully capable to manage all its ongoing projects as well as to develop new undertakings.  Among these, the investment in HD technology will see the group’s family of channels airing their programs in this format starting this autumn. Another key element in the group’s strategic growth is the digital area, which will receive an infusion of 10 million euro in the coming months.

Thorough all its platforms, Intact Media Group is currently Romania’s largest content provider, with a constant growth rate. Recent projects include the launch of Happy TV Channel, dedicated to the 18-49 women target; the new add portal “lajumate.ro” and the overhaul of Jurnalul National daily newspaper. The audience numbers validate the consistency of the programming strategy – Antena 1, the group’s flagship station dedicated to entertainment, appreciated its market share by 18% during primetime, on the commercial public in April.
